A single Master Key can be used to encrypt documents at varying levels of security, allocated to specified User Groups. 
User Keys issued to these groups only give them access to specific documents, as decided by the holder of the Master Key. This enables you to regulate strictly all access to documents within your company, from low sensitivity to highly confidential.
 

For an even higher degree of security, a third layer of paradigm-shifting authentication can be added - Biometric Document Protection (optional). DexDataLock™ is compatible with the latest fingerprint verification technology - creating an impenetrable barrier to unauthorized access on your information system.
